This Program offers specific training according to students’ weaknesses and their respected school curriculum. It is designed to further emphasize on core training that allows students to achieve exceptional results with minimal efforts. Training includes:
1. Conversation/expression practice—increases your child’s exposure to phonics and to advance their existing reading and conversation skills.
2. Comprehension practices—introduces six analyzing techniques to equip your child with the right skills to grasp the main point of articles and tackle questions effectively.
3. Making sentences and Chinese grammar practice—usage of the 300 major figures of speech such as adjectives and verbs allows your child to better solidify their Chinese foundation. We provide the opportunity to learn such knowledge and skills which schools often neglect.
4. Story/composition writing—from Beginners to Advance levels, we teach children how to express themselves in words and incorporate them into a standard 3 paragraph composition. The organization of contents, language fluency, creativity and the correct usage of grammars and vocabulary is emphasized.
5. Understanding Chinese idioms and its application—Chinese idioms are considered the essence of Chinese. By introducing to students such application allows them to composite simple but strong articles.
6. Composition analysis and appreciation—through the guidance of our instructors, students can better understand and appreciate the essence of short articles to compensate for the often lack of patience to read long articles by children.
